This October, York’s SHOCKolate Story will be celebrating the scariest time of year with a terrifyingly fun Trick or Treat walking tour.
Brave children can test their nerve as the tour weaves its way through York’s ancient streets. Ghoulish Count Fectionary and his ghastly sidekick Miss Terry will be weaving terrifying tales, handing out spooky samples and causing plenty of mischief along the way.
The histories of some ghastly giants of confectionary will be revealed, such as “Kit Bat”, “Terry’s All Ghould” and “Rowntree’s Fright Pastilles”.
Children and big kids alike are encouraged to come along in their best Halloween fancy dress. There will be as competition for the best costume running throughout the week, with the winner receiving a super-secret prize!
The tour starts at St Andrewgate, just across from the attraction and runs from 20th – 31st October.
