We love Esther’s blog which features beautifully candid shots and her daily observations bringing up her three boys- one four years old, two years old and newborn- which is why we invited her to explore the myriad of mysteries at Stockeld Park.
Esther will also be our very first blogger to muck in and experience Santa, Stockeld style!
Read about her visit below…
Somebody special has arrived at Stockeld Park. Can you guess who? His beard is white, he dresses in red and he may give you a present, or two.
Santa Claus has arrived at Stockeld Park for a festive stay, with his reindeer and his sleigh.
The magic of Christmas is in the air, and you’ll find more, when you see what’s there.
We saw mythical creatures, we spoke to trees, we awoke the nymphs, we crept past a troll and imagined extraordinary things.
We ice skated, we got lost in a maze, we ran in the playgrounds, and played and ran some more.
We listened to festive music, heard the jingling of bells and waved ‘Hello’ to the jolly man himself.
You must wrap up warm, wear a good pair of boots, and be prepared to spend a few pounds on hot cocoa – complete with a flake, marshmallows and cream.
Your children will not want to leave, so get ready to hear them plead. We loved our stay, so be on your way, because you will love it too.
Wishing you a happy and healthy festive season – brimming with magic, kindness and love.
